Dr. Lori Campbell
Founder & Chief Leadership Strategist, WiseThrive Solutions
Dr. Lori Campbell is an award-winning educator, executive leader, leadership strategist, and organizational consultant with a passion for empowering professionals, leaders, and organizations to thrive through intentional leadership, continuous growth, and measurable results.
With more than three decades of executive leadership experience, Dr. Campbell served as the Assistant Superintendent of Professional Learning for the Will County Regional Office of Education in Illinois. Throughout her distinguished career, she has served in a variety of transformative leadership roles, including District-Level Assistant Superintendent, Director of Curriculum, Director of Special Education -Regional Three Schools Administrator for Chicago Public Schools, and Elementary, Middle, and High School Principal. Her work has consistently focused on developing people, strengthening organizations, and creating sustainable systems that improve outcomes.
Dr. Campbell earned her Doctor of Education from National Louis University and is a proud graduate of Illinois State University, where she was inducted into the College of Education Hall of Fame (2013) for her exceptional contributions to education and leadership. She received Executive Leadership Training from the prestigious Northwestern University Principal Fellows Program and became the first Illinois principal to receive the distinguished Turnaround School Principal recognition through the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and Curry School of Education, honoring her success in leading transformational school improvement efforts. In addition to her executive leadership roles, Dr. Campbell currently serves on the Illinois State Board of Education's Gifted and Talented Education Advisory Committee and the Twice-Exceptional (2e) Subcommittee, contributing to statewide initiatives that support advanced learners and students with exceptional educational needs.
Her leadership and service have been recognized through numerous honors, including being named a 2015 Chicago Defender Woman of Excellence, recognizing her professional achievements, community impact, and unwavering commitment to excellence.
As the founder of WiseThrive Solutions, Dr. Campbell brings together decades of executive leadership experience, organizational expertise, and practical strategies to help professionals and leaders navigate challenges, cultivate healthy workplace cultures, strengthen performance, and achieve sustainable success. Through keynote speaking, executive development, consulting, coaching engagements, and customized learning experiences, she equips individuals and organizations with the mindset, skills, and strategies needed to lead with confidence, inspire meaningful change, and create lasting impact.
